4. Enter the entry’s IP Address, DNS Name, Station Name or User Number

(see “Dialing Options” on page 54).

5. Set appropriate dialing properties and options:

New Phone Book Entry

The DNS name is case-sensitive. For example, if the host name of the station

you want to call is HEAD_OFFICE, enter it in all caps, including the

underscore: HEAD_OFFICE.emblaze-vcon.com

Bandwidth Press the right or left arrow key to choose the maximum

bandwidth for calls dialled to this contact.

For HD3000, the maximum available bandwidth is

4 Mbps.

For HD3000LT, the maximum available bandwidth is

1 Mbps.

Speed Dial Select if you want this entry to appear in the Speed Dial

list, with the shown entry number. See “Starting

Videoconferences from the Speed Dial list” on page 56.

6. Press <OK> to add the entry and close the dialog box.
