8CHAIR CONTROL DURING

ONFERENCES

As an option, organizations employing the VCB may utilize Emblaze-VCON’s

Moderator (EVCModerator), which allows users to schedule conferences in advance

and control their progression, including Chair Control. Chair Control is the ability of

one videoconferencing user to control what the other participants in a multipoint

conference see and hear. The VCB provides many view layout schemes and

bandwidth allocation for the Chair Control capabilities.

Chair Control is available during an open videoconference from the Conference

Moderator’s In Progress page.

the Chair, although users with Administrator privileges may change the
